Switzerland is a neutral nation but has more nuclear bunkers than any country in the world

Switzerland maintains the world's largest network of nuclear bomb shelters with over 370,000 facilities, despite its neutral status. Rather than dismantling these Cold War-era structures after the conflict ended, Switzerland continued expanding its shelter infrastructure. Some of these bunkers have been repurposed in recent years to accommodate migrants.
