Wikipedia Workers Unionize for the First Time

Wikipedia has achieved a historic milestone as more than 200 of its employees have successfully unionized, becoming represented by the Communication Workers of America. This marks the first time in Wikipedia's history that its workforce has organized collectively for labor representation. The unionized employees span multiple departments including engineering, finance, and communications.
