FIFA president Infantino sets Sept. 19 deadline for World Cup investment plan approval
FIFA President Gianni Infantino has issued a September 19 deadline for the organization's 211 member federations to vote on his private investment plan. The proposal would provide each national association with access to up to $40 million in funding through private investment sources.
