Prysmian Is Said Near Takeover of US Electrical Maker Atkore

Italian cable and electrical systems manufacturer Prysmian is in advanced negotiations to acquire Atkore Inc., a US-based electrical manufacturing company. This potential takeover would expand Prysmian's presence in the North American electrical equipment market through the addition of Atkore's product portfolio and capabilities.
