Base Power raises another $1B to save the grid using backyard batteries

Base Power has secured an additional $1 billion in funding to scale production of its residential battery systems designed to stabilize the electrical grid. The capital will enable the startup to expand manufacturing and deployment of home batteries that help manage grid demand and improve energy resilience.
