Magnitude 7.7 earthquake strikes off coast of Indonesia with tsunami warning

A powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck off the coast of Indonesia near the Flores region early Saturday morning at a shallow depth of 10km. The epicenter was located 68km north-northwest of the city of Ende in East Nusa Tenggara province, and a tsunami warning was issued in response.
