Marc Stad becomes controlling owner of Minnesota Timberwolves and Lynx

American businessman Marc Stad has completed a deal to become the controlling owner and largest shareholder of both the NBA's Minnesota Timberwolves and WNBA's Minnesota Lynx. This acquisition gives Stad majority ownership and decision-making authority over both professional basketball franchises in Minnesota.
