iPhone 18 Pro expected to skip fall launch
Apple is breaking from its traditional launch schedule by delaying the base iPhone 18 model until Q1 2025, while the iPhone 18 Pro series will launch this fall as usual. This staggered release strategy will also include more affordable models like the iPhone 18e and a new iPhone Air arriving at different times. The announcement comes from statements by Apple supplier Pegatron executives during an earnings call.
