US military apps contain Chinese and Russian code

A security analysis has revealed that apps marketed to US military personnel contain code from Chinese and Russian sources, raising significant national security concerns. More than one-eighth of the analyzed applications included foreign code components, potentially creating vulnerabilities or surveillance risks for service members.
