Researchers have developed a revolutionary permanent tattoo technology that is pain-free and could eventually be delivered by mail. The innovation was demonstrated at an unconventional tattoo studio set up in a refurbished London railway station, which lacked traditional tattoo parlor features like reclined chairs and conventional tattoo guns.
