Guggenheim Partners' Chief Investment Officer Anne Walsh confirmed that the firm is fully cooperating with regulators investigating an accounting issue at one of its subsidiaries. US prosecutors are examining Mark Walter's investment empire and his relationship with Guggenheim, though Walsh clarified that the firm's investment and trade-allocation processes are not part of the investigation.
