FCC plans to retroactively ban disguised DJI gadgets

The FCC is preparing to use new retroactive authority to ban DJI products that were previously approved for import and sale in the United States. This marks the first enforcement action using powers the FCC granted itself last October to revoke approval of gadgets already on the market. The agency is targeting what it suspects are front companies used by DJI to disguise its products.
